Shortly after, Officer Mayhew located the stolen vehicle parked in Trenton and saw the suspect walk from the stolen vehicle and enter the front passenger seat of a white Honda Accord. Officer put out a description of the vehicle and the driver to other units in the area. The Officers initiated a motor vehicle stop on the vehicle but the vehicle refused to stop. A lookup on the vehicle came back stolen out of Millville, NJ. HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (MERCER)–Hamilton Police reported that on Friday Augat approximately 12:01 p.m., Officers Stefanelli and Lucidi were in the area of Cedar Lane and South Olden Avenue when they observed a white Plymouth Breeze driving in the area. He was released pending a hearing in Family Court. He was charged with Receiving Stolen Property, Eluding, Possession of an Imitation Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing the Administration of Law, Defiant Trespassing and Possession of Stolen Credit Cards.
